Dura-Fill Crack and Joint Sealants
P&T Products manufactures a complete line of high-quality crack and joint sealants for use on asphalt and concrete surfaces in every climate. All materials are produced in P&T’s state-of-the-art manufacturing facility in Sandusky, Ohio. Every batch of material is tested in the on-site laboratory using ASTM, ASSHTO and Federal specifications. Dura-Fill sealants are found on numerous state Qualified Products Lists (QPLs) and specified on government solicitations. Crack and Joint Sealant for Direct Fired Kettles
Dura-Fill HS is a premium quality, direct fired material that is formulated to meet the demands of driveway and parking lot applications. HS contains less fillers than other sealants which means that it can fill more linear feet per pound than other products in this category, stretching the cost per pound further. The “HS” signifies that the material is “Heat Stabilized” for reliable results in direct fire heating.

Crack and Joint Sealant for Direct Fired Kettles
Dura-Fill HS2 is a specialty grade, economical, direct fired material. HS2 can withstand the unique challenges of driveways and parking lots such as power steering, foot traffic and shopping carts. This material has a high softening point and good low temperature flexibility making it a preferred material for most climates.

Parking Lot Crack and Joint Sealant
Dura-Fill PL is designed for use in oil jacketed and direct fired kettles equipped with a mechanical agitator system. PL is relatively hard and has a high softening point, which makes it well suited for parking lots and driveways. This material is lab tested to -10°F for flexibility, giving it the best low temperature performance of our parking lot sealants.

Parking Lot Crack and Joint Sealant
The LP in Dura-Fill PL LP stands for “low penetration.” This material has lower penetration levels in warmer climates than traditional parking lot sealants. Dura-Fill PL LP also has a lower initial surface tack, which means job sites can be opened to traffic or sealcoating application sooner than with other crack sealants.

Polymer Modified Polyester Fiber Sealant
Dura-Fill PF is a premium product with select polyester fibers. It contains our highest level of fibers at approximately 5% fiber (by weight of asphaltic components). PF is often specified on roadwork prior to an overlay and is recommended for moderate climates.

Pavement Cold Joint Adhesive
Dura-Fill CJA is a longitudinal joint adhesive. It is a hot pour adhesive and tacking material used on cold pavement construction joints. CJA fosters a long-lasting seal that prolongs the pavement service life by protecting the joints from moisture, oxidation and debris. CJA also provides improved resistance to expansion and contraction during the freeze-thaw cycle.

Hot Applied Traffic Loop Sealant
Dura-Fill LS is formulated for sealing traffic signal loop detector cuts in concrete and asphalt pavements. It is designed to be a low viscosity sealant for easy application in loop detector cuts.
