DURA-FILL Fiber AR

Dura-Fill Fiber AR is a premium polyester fiber product with crumb rubber. This material has the highest softening point of our fiber products; making it appropriate for use in warmer climates. The added fibers give the sealant longevity and protect against wear.

DURA-FILL 3405

Dura-Fill 3405 meets ASTM D 6690 Types 2 & 3. This material is among the class of crack sealants most widely used for highways and roads in the U.S. Dura-Fill 3405 passes lab testing at -20F therefore has superior characteristics for moderate to cold climates.

DURA-FILL 3405 R

Dura-Fill 3405 R contains an elevated level of recycled crumb rubber. This results in a higher viscosity during application and a textured surface on the road. This material meets ASTM D 6690 Types 2 & 3.

DURA-FILL 3405 NR

Dura-Fill 3405 NR does not contain any recycled crumb rubber. This results in a lower viscosity during application and a smooth surface on the road. This material meets ASTM D 6690 Types 2 & 3.

DURA-FILL 620

Dura-Fill 620 is a high crumb rubber modified ASTM D 6690 Type 1 product. The elevated crumb rubber content meets a variety of state and local specifications.

DURA-FILL HS

Dura-Fill HS is a premium quality, direct fired material that is formulated to meet the demands of driveway and parking lot applications. HS contains less fillers than other sealants which means that it can fill more linear feet per pound than other products in this category, stretching the cost per pound further. The “HS” signifies that the material is “Heat Stabilized” for reliable results in direct fire heating.

DURA-FILL Airport Adhesive

The Dura-Fill Airport Adhesive is a blend of 75% PG 64-22 asphalt (formerly AC20) and 25% hot pour crack sealant. The material is used to bond the overrun surface of an airport runway and emergency arresting concrete blocks using the EMAS System.

DURA-FILL 1190

Dura-Fill 1190 meets the ASTM D 6690 Type 1 specification. This material is best suited for moderate climates that do not experience prolonged temperatures below 0°F.

DURA-FILL 1190 R

Dura-Fill 1190 R has elevated levels of crumb rubber. These higher levels result in a thicker viscosity during application and a textured surface on the road. This material meets the ASTM D 6690 Type 1 specification. Dura-Fill 1190 R is best suited for moderate climates that do not experience prolonged temperatures below 0°F.

DURA-FILL 1190 NR

Dura-Fill 1190 NR does not contain crumb rubber, resulting in a lower application viscosity and a smooth surface on the pavement. This material meets the ASTM D 6690 Type 1 specification. Dura-Fill 1190 NR is best suited for moderate climates that do not experience prolonged temperatures below 0°F.

DURA-FILL 320

Dura-Fill 320 is an economical crack sealant designed for use in oil jacketed kettles only. It resists tracking at elevated temperatures and is flexible to 0°F.

DURA-FILL 320 HT

Dura-Fill 320 HT is formulated for “High Temperature” zones. This economical crack sealant is designed for use in oil jacketed kettles only. It has a higher softening point than the standard formula and is flexible to 20°F.
